Got a good deal on tea
I was looking for some new tea and saw that Comptoirs Richard had a promo on their 'Thé Vert Menthe'. I signed up for their newsletter and got a welcome offer, which was a nice bonus. Decent coffee, minor shipping issue
I placed an order for their 'Café Rétro' whole beans and a set of the insulated mugs. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I received a confirmation email quickly. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Oregon, which is acceptable. One of the mugs had a tiny scuff, but it wasn't worth returning. The coffee itself was fresh and aromatic, living up to expectations. Customer service didn't need to be contacted for this order.

Good coffee, quick delivery
I ordered some ground coffee the other day, the 'Café du Jour' blend. It tasted really good, just like I hoped. The delivery was pretty fast too, got it in about 4 days which was nice. Everything went smoothly.
Solid coffee selection, slow delivery
I bought some 'Café des Moines' ground coffee and a French press from here. The coffee is quite good, very rich flavor. The French press is also well-made and sturdy. However, the delivery took over a week to arrive, which felt a bit slow compared to other online stores. It would be better if shipping was a bit faster, but the products themselves are high quality.
